Arms exercise
By doing bicep concentration we can increase size of our bicep.Taking the arm outside position doing 15 reps sets of 3
In this we are training our outer length of muscle which provide peak to our arm.Biceps are divided in two peaks.Long head short head.
In this exercise we are training ourr long head muscle.
It is very important exercise .Do not skip.It trains our arms.Which is very necessary to train.
